Due to our system outage and in order to ensure ongoing digital security, Young Life staff and volunteers will be asked to create a new password to access Young Life’s single-sign on systems, beginning July 23, 2024.
To do this, you will:
1. Enter your username (username@younglife.org)
2. Confirm your identity via multi-factor authentication. Refer to this page for more information on MFA (help.younglife.org/mfa)
3. Enter a new password
This password will need to be at least 12 characters long, with at least one number, one capital letter, and one special character (such as #, $, %).
After setting your new password, activation may take up to 30 minutes. Please be patient during this time. Creating additional passwords will result in further delays.
